1. Service Acceptance

By engaging National Traders for office reinstatement, dismantling, debris clearance, scrap buyback, second hand furniture dealing, or office scrap buying services across Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR, you agree to comply with our operational guidelines and safety protocols.

2. Site Safety & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe site access for our teams and equipment. Our professionals strictly adhere to safety standards; any site‑specific hazards must be declared in writing prior to project commencement.

3. Payment & Valuations

Scrap buyback and furniture valuations are based on market data and physical inspection. Final payments are subject to the agreed‑upon terms, verified quantities, and successful completion of the reinstatement, dismantling, disposal, or office scrap buying process.

4. Compliance & Environment

We are committed to eco‑friendly practices. All debris, scrap, and waste removed from your site are processed in accordance with local environmental regulations across all 6 operational cities.

5. Limitation of Liability

National Traders shall not be held liable for indirect damages, project delays caused by force majeure, or site‑related issues that were not disclosed prior to the commencement of work.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
